what the?!

so i'm having lunch today at Level 41, which has amazing views over the east of Sydney... I look at the gorgeous scenery and notice a little pyramid, a greenhouse of some sort. I notice there are lovely manicured hedges around the pyramid, which is always very nice. The hedges spell out some words... I squint. what does it say?
